Our missions is to help athletes across regional areas achieve their potential, stay in love with the game for longer and do it at an affordable price... to give them the access, knowledge, training and support we didn’t have growing up. Because you deserve a gym built for you.

How the Program Works.

Regardless of whether you’re 8yrs old or an elite athlete, we get to know and understand all of our clients so we can build a picture of you and how we can help. We get to know you and understand your needs and aspirations. A personal approach results in a more personal outcome.

Our Athlete Programs ALWAYS begin with Screening and Performance Testing. By creating an athlete profile, we gain an insight into areas that need the most attention and where we can make the most difference.

During your testing session, your performance will be measured across a few different standards:

+ Mobility and Flexibility
+ Skill, Coordination & Balance
+ Strength
+ Power
+ Speed
+ Fitness

We have a set of targets for all our athletes to work towards, and at the end of every twelve weeks we retest and assess your progress. From this your coach will work with you to ensure you continue moving in the direction you want.

After assessing your age (both training age and actual age), your development, and your testing results, we assign you a program or group that suits you. Our programs are designed to flow so that you progress from one to the next.

Our Foundation program is for those new to training. This program is to help develop the strong foundations for capable human as well as athlete and is designed around body weight training. You’ll learn to use your body efficiently and effectively as well as how to jump and land with precision and confidence.

Our Junior program is for those who have reached ‘Foundation’ level on the Junior Targets. Under supervision, they are able to start mastering the core elements around movements, health and mindset which define great athletes and great humans. We increase elements such as loads, complexity of movement, volume, or intensity. This is where we really start building the base to create strong, mobile and powerful athletes.

Our High-Performance program is where we help our athletes build the body and attributes they need to be phenomenal movers and perform at their best. We prepare you for competition and give you access to programs and information to maximise performance. This is for both amateur and elite athletes. We only require you to want to do the work.

All programs are designed specifically for each training group. Once you enter the High-Performance group, you have an individualised program and a personal coach working with you to develop the habits and training you require to perform at your best.

By developing a complete athlete profile, your program can be completely customised to suit your goals and your life. Programs are delivered via an app so sessions can be completed during the allocated times, or at a time or place that suits you.

We are not your average gym, and this isn’t your average membership. We literally built this place and the programs within it for our teenage selves.

We have spent decades being part of, analysing, developing and refining a system of training & coaching which delivers all the attention, individualisation, form supervision and guidance that athletes and kids need, but matched with the energy, fun & price point that is affordable for parents and athletes.

We don’t care what others charge; we want this to be elite service at an affordable price.

Cornerstone S&C is the gym for kids and athletes who want more than just a bunch of random movements thrown together or just getting smashed. Our system is what gets builds people up consistently year after year, and you get to do it all surrounded by your mates and a community which keeps you coming back for more.

  • Maximum ratio of 1 coach per 15 kids/athletes in a group
  • 1, 2 or Unlimited group training access.
  • Up to 5 sessions per week to choose from.
  • Expertly designed program specific for young people AND on the spot modification catered to your level and history

  • Expert coaching from university qualified Strength & Conditioning coaches.
  • A coach in each session to guide you with form, technique and weight or movement selection. We don’t cheerlead or ‘train’ you, we COACH!

  • A coach in each session to guide you with form, technique and weight or movement selection. We don’t cheerlead or ‘train’ you, we COACH!
  • Access to in-house physiotherapy
  • Access to in-house workshops, challenges and online resources
